PS Note on Mainstream Services & Creative Supports

While many of these resources are tailored for disabled and neurodivergent folks, lots of mainstream products and services can also be incredibly helpful, empowering and cost-effective.

For example, many lubricant companies now offer a range of formulas with different scents and textures - great for people with sensory needs, preferences or allergies. Or your local pillow and cushion brands (think: body pillows, wedge cushions, or even pregnancy pillows) these can all work brilliantly as positioning aids for comfort and access during intimacy and help with both your sexual health and sexual journey.

Sometimes, it’s just as much about getting creative and finding what works best for your body and your needs, than finding disability-specific tools (because no one thing works for every body). You deserve it to get creative, get to know yourself and to experience sexual wellbeing.
