Blue Eyed Kayla Jade Is Bad For Sex Workers

Blue Eyed Kayla Jade: TikTok Star or Sex Work Spokesperson?
Fame, Sex Work, and the Big Sister Persona
Blue Eyed Kayla Jade is the charismatic TikTok star taking women’s personal care and lifestyle trends by storm, having amassed 1.9 million followers in a matter of months. Women globally are obsessed with her good looks and luxury lifestyle, her work as an OnlyFans model and, as she puts it, a full service sex worker. Discussing client sexual escapades in a PG manner, blending it with feminine hygiene advice and skincare, her branding seems like your big sister sex worker. Whilst this might seem like a positive thing for all those in her profession, I argue that there have always been sex workers who have been regarded as publicly acceptable, who work from a place of exclusive privilege - think the Playboy Bunnies. How Kayla Jade presents all of this seems fun and harmless, yet some of the scenarios she discusses are scary for herself and other women. Because of her fame and uniquely privileged position Blue Eyed Kayla Jade has become an influencer, who is also employed as a sex worker.
The Tale of Peggy Sue
A Viral Fantasy or a Real Client?
Any fans of Blue Eyed Kayla Jade would recognise the name Peggy Sue, a code name for a regular client who enjoys being pegged with increasingly large and bizarre objects. Yes the rules of a flared base, and other safety precautions are glossed over, but when she asks fans for suggestions on what to peg him with next, encouraging them to suggest ridiculous items, I wonder at how seriously she is taking safety precautions. Also, yes, he may have a humiliation kink, that is a whole different story. Casually joking about safety precautions and someone’s kink seem to be less good natured jokes, than they are fuel for fans to judge.
fans have gone as far to cheekily suggest that the high profile man is the Liberal leader, Peter Dutton.
Internet Speculation
Some fans have gone as far to cheekily suggest that the high profile man is the Liberal leader, Peter Dutton. If you look at the comment section on any video featuring him, there are people referring to Peggy Sue. Whilst hilarious, I’m not convinced that Peggy is a real person. Whether an amalgamation of sex worker war stories, or a fabricated character, Peggy Sue has been one of Kayla Jade’s most attention grabbing conversation topics. What better way to go viral and start conversations than with taboo tales of a person who will likely never be revealed.

Inappropriate Boundaries and Ethical Concerns
Roleplaying Real Life?
Many of her clients are reportedly high profile men, one recent story discussed a CEO who had an unprofessional crush on his assistant. He booked Kayla Jade for her striking resemblance to his assistant. Despite the clear issues with this scenario, she downplayed it by stating that if she thought the woman was in any real danger that she would slip a note into the woman’s desk at the office, or make contact through social media. As well-meaning as this seems, contacting the woman has the potential to cause more harm and problems than help.
Consider the psychological impact
Consent and Power Imbalance
Consider the psychological impact of being contacted by a sex worker who was hired by your boss because of an uncanny likeness. This secretary has become unwittingly involved in fantasy play, where she has no option to consent, it was never an option because of the power imbalance. When Fleshlights and adult fantasy toys are created, the models consent to their likeness being used, this employee does not.
Not An Overnight Success
The Long Road to Fame
Kayla Jade is no newcomer to content creation, her story about having two BBL (Brazilian Butt Lift) Surgeries, because the first almost killed her, was featured international news sites in 2023. Having created an OnlyFans in 2022, one year later she was already earning good money, a former account of hers with videos from 2023 show her wearing a Van Cleef necklace worth nearly $15000. Whilst her TikTok fame has seemingly happened overnight, her success and wealth through OnlyFans have been established for years.
These topics would not garner her as much attention as Peggy Sue and teaching female clients to squirt.
Sexier Stories Drive Engagement
Blue Eyed Kayla Jade has worked from an incredibly privileged place within the sex industry, her wealth, privilege and experiences don’t speak for the wider sex worker community. Amongst an already small population, she represents the tiniest fraction of the industry, and it is a platform not acknowledged enough. These topics would not garner her as much attention as Peggy Sue and teaching female clients to squirt. The more salacious and relatable topics are great topics for her to segue into another career, if she chooses.
Health Advice in a Risky Format
When Influencers Recommend Medical Products
Whilst being open and relatable about her pimples, and desire to pick them, Blue Eyed Kayla Jade also provides advice about using Boric Acid tablets for vulva/vaginal health. Adult Bliss DOES NOT advise this. Before doing anything to your body, please consult your doctor, the person who studied the human body for at least 10 years.
Lack of Medical Consensus
A study published in 2009 suggested that there may be clinical use for Boric Acid alongside antibiotics to treat Bacterial Vaginosis. Sadly, like many women’s health issues, this needs further investigation. Every person’s body is different, and whilst sex workers may have tips and tricks that help them continue earning money, this advice may not be safe or reasonable for the wider public. Your body, your choice, just maybe seek professional advice before making some potentially irreversible decisions using online advice.
Misrepresenting The Industry
It’s Not About the Sex Work
Before anyone thinks that I am critical of Kayla Jade for being a sex worker, please know that I fully support all sex workers, please refer to my previous posts Why I Took My Husband To A Brothel Part 1 and Part 2, you can read why paid to watch my husband enjoy the services at a brothel. My criticism is that she uses careless marketing around sex workers, using a platform known for its consistent use of blatant deception to sell products and services.
she is an influencer more than a sex worker
The Influencer Overlap
People are easily influenced, and she is an influencer more than a sex worker, she doesn’t need the online fame to secure lucrative bookings, she needs the online fame to transition into another career. By using her experience and platform in this way, she is grossly misrepresenting the average experience of sex workers, whilst at the same time, parodying client’s kinks and encouraging her fans to do the same. Her blasé attitude about easily making huge money with little effort is a far cry from the planning and effort that many content creators go through, as Rem has discussed in Online Sex Work: The Easy Money Myth.

Final Thoughts
Sex Work Isn’t a Joke
It’s a double edged sword, because on one hand Blue Eyed Kayla Jade, and all sex workers, should be paid well for the services they provide. They should also be free to transition easily into other careers, if and when they choose. On the other hand, sex work is dangerous and stigmatised, it shouldn’t be, but it is. It is estimated that 99% of Australian sex workers have experienced trauma due to their work, these statistics are hard to confirm since many go unreported.
What’s Her Responsibility?
Kayla Jade potentially puts other workers at risk by making a spectacle of her client stories. Many acts of violence in history have been perpetrated against people to represent the death or pain of another. Sex workers are already some of Australia’s most targeted women in our country, why make it worse for them? Blue Eyed Kayla Jade is not responsible for the actions of others, she is responsible for whitewashing a historically exploitative industry that has made her so wealthy.
Author’s Note
The author would like to acknowledge that people of all genders are sex workers in Australia, the point about female sex workers being targeted is in relation to Australia's issue with violence against women.
TL;DR
Who is Blue Eyed Kayla Jade?
Blue Eyed Kayla Jade is a TikTok influencer and OnlyFans creator who blends lifestyle content, skincare tips, and PG-rated sex work stories. She brands herself as a “full service sex worker” and has gained viral attention for her mix of personal care advice and taboo storytelling.
Is Blue Eyed Kayla Jade actually a sex worker or just an influencer?
She identifies as both, but critics argue that she functions more as an influencer leveraging sex work narratives for fame and brand building. Her portrayal of sex work is often glamorized and doesn’t reflect the lived experiences of most sex workers. That's not to de value her as a sex worker this is jus the narrative around her.
What is the story behind “Peggy Sue” on TikTok?
"Peggy Sue" is a recurring character in Kayla Jade's content — a client who enjoys being pegged with strange objects. While it's become a viral talking point, some suspect he’s fictional or a composite of different stories designed for engagement and shock value.
Is it safe to use Boric Acid for vaginal health?
You should always consult a medical professional before using any products like Boric Acid. While there are some studies suggesting potential benefits, it is not widely recommended for general use, and influencers giving medical advice online should be approached with caution.
Why is Kayla Jade’s content seen as controversial in the sex work community?
Her critics argue that she misrepresents sex work by glossing over issues like safety, consent, and trauma. Her viral stories and casual delivery may reinforce stereotypes or minimize the real challenges that many sex workers face.
What’s wrong with roleplaying as someone’s coworker or lookalike?
This kind of fantasy, especially when based on a real, unaware person (like a boss hiring a sex worker who looks like his assistant), raises ethical concerns around consent and power dynamics. It puts uninvolved individuals into fantasy roles without their knowledge or consent.
Is Blue Eyed Kayla Jade’s fame recent or has she been around for a while?
She’s been on OnlyFans since 2022 and was already successful before going viral on TikTok. Her story about nearly dying from a BBL surgery in 2023 made international headlines, so she’s no stranger to public attention.
What are the risks of glamorizing sex work on social media?
When influencers glamorize sex work without acknowledging its risks, it can create unrealistic expectations and further stigmatize those who don't share the same privileges. It can also endanger others by making light of serious topics like client boundaries and workplace trauma.
Does Kayla Jade represent most sex workers?
No — her platform, wealth, and access place her in a very small subset of the sex work community. While her story is valid, it doesn't reflect the broader, more diverse — and often more difficult — realities that many sex workers face.
