Having never owned a Vush product, and not being a fan of Cardi B, I was unaware of the Majesty 2 vibrator. For those who missed it, this powerful product was featured in the video for Cardi B's song 'UP'.  Being a lover of air pulse technology, body wands weren’t originally something I was in the market for. However Vush has a reputation for well made products, plus having diversity within one’s tool box can be beneficial for enhancing pleasure. Now the important question, did the Vush Majesty 2 provide me with the majestically royal orgasms I was anticipating, could it compete with my happy collection of clitoral stimulators? Let me discuss my thoughts below.

Visual Appeal and Packaging 5/5

Nestled within a pretty pale pink and orange box, boasting rose gold foil embellishing the letters, boldly informing you “You’re the Queen” is an elegant peachy orange wand vibrator. From the moment you open the box the whole experience exudes luxury, which from the marketing promoting the Vush Majesty 2, that is exactly the experience you are meant to have. There is a storage bag included that is silky, pink and again provides the sense that you have purchased a luxury item. There is very little plastic within the box, seemingly gone are the days where endless plastic bags and twist ties filled the underneath of the box, which is great for the environment and my anxiety over accidentally throwing out important toy components with the rubbish.

Functionality 4/5

Big handles excite me for a number of reasons, they’re easy to hold and manoeuvre, plus they are generally accessible for a wide variety of dexterities and physical abilities. Three distinct buttons are positioned at the end of the handle and can be pressed in an array of patterns to access the many vibration patterns programmed into the wand. Accidentally pressing buttons is unlikely because of their raised, external position, when pressed they also produce a satisfying haptic, and lightly audible, click. All of these features make the Majesty 2 wand friendly for a wide range of bodies and physical needs. Charging in 2 hours to provide up to 2 hours of continuous play this waterproof wand can be used in the bath, on holiday or out of your handbag, if that is your thing (still stored in the protective pouch of course!). If you enjoy vibrating wands then this toy is suited towards you, whilst it is marketed towards women the product itself is gender neutral, depending on how you prefer to use body wands. It is important to note that body wands are external use only items. Suitable for couples as well, the wand is a good match for a partner to use on you or for you to tease your partner.

Vibration style and material 5/5

Covered in a firm but soft, peachy pink silicone, the Majesty 2 wand does provide a luxurious, sultry feel against your skin. 10 different vibration patterns are ready to be unleashed, and to be fair, they’re what you would expect from a wand. Having such a wide range of vibration patterns means that there should be a pattern and vibration strength to suit everyone. When I first pressed the button on my Vush Majesty 2 the default vibration setting was so strong that it made me nervous, because I am prone to overstimulation from toys that are too strong. After a quick inspection I discovered that the vibration intensity starts in the midrange and every click heightens the intensity until you reach the lowest intensity. There are 5 levels to click through and they range from a soft buzz right through to deep, tissue penetrating buzz which resonates through your arm. Having 10 vibration patterns means that there are a distinct range of experiences available. Personally I don't enjoy the patterns which intensify and then soften, though these range of patterns could be fun to experiment with for people who enjoy edge play or extended foreplay sessions.

Wow Factor/Pleasure 4/5

There are a few things I truly enjoyed about this item, starting with the tapered handle which reduces wrist strain, making it easy to position and use on yourself. It is important to remember that vibrations on the tip of the head is significantly more powerful than on the sides. Owners of genital piercings can feel safe in that the wide, smooth surface of the Vush Majesty 2 will not pull on or disturb your body modifications. Having the silky silicone really makes a difference with how the wand glides over skin. Always use whatever lubricant you personally need, however for those already aroused and producing enough natural lubrication, the Majesty 2 will glide over skin majestically without aid. Personally this won't be my go to toy, however that is more to do with the standard intensity of the toy, I prefer the less buzzy experience of clitoral stimulators. For anyone in the market for a strong body wand that can provide a strong orgasm, this peachy masterpiece is worth a closer look. Also please know that whilst not my favourite toy, the Majesty 2 still gets semi regular love in my house, it is still a great wand.

I loved this product more than I thought I would, the experience from unboxing to orgasm has a luxurious, self care kind of feel. My biggest concern/drawback for the Vush Majesty 2 body wand is the risk of overstimulation due to the intensity of the vibrations. What I will add to this is that vibration intensity is incredibly personal, and this particular body wand has a great intensity range for all users. This is a product I would recommend to any person who enjoys external stimulation. The variety of patterns, being able to customise intensity of each pattern and the comfortable ease of use makes this a standout amongst other wands. The Vush Majesty 2 is a mid range price body wand, when compared to cheaper wands, the luxurious experience, the powerful vibrations and variety of vibration patterns definitely justifies the price point.
