What’s our return policy?

Repairs, refunds & exchanges.

At Adult Bliss we adhere to the ACCC consumer guarantee. This means that where applicable you will be entitled to a repair or replacement for most reasonable returns up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds will only apply to major problems as outlined below, or where a repair or replacement is not possible.

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you do not have your original sales receipt as proof of purchase, if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.

Some goods cannot be returned. For hygiene purposes products that are sold in unsealed packaging cannot be returned without that packaging in its original or near original state. Sealed products once opened are not returnable unless a genuine fault has been identified.

Minor problems identified prior to sale will be marked on your receipt and will not illicit a refund or exchange unless the fault is found to be more serious than originally identified. Damage sustained to the product after the sale will also not be compensated.

Minor Problems

If after sale a product is found to have a minor fault we offer to repair or replacement where it is reasonable to do so and where the product has not yet been used.

Minor problems include but are not limited to: Cosmetic flaws that do not affect the usability of the product such as minor discrepancies in size, shape, or colour because of manufacturing practices, damage to packaging from transport or customer handling instore, or, parts of a product are missing due to packaging errors, damage, or theft.

Major Problems

If after sale a product is found to have a major fault that cannot be repaired, we offer replacement or refund regardless of whether the product has been used or not. Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment.

Major faults include but are not limited to: A product being unfit for its intended purpose, damage or break down of the product through manufacturing flaws, or a product is significantly different from the sample or description.

Warranty

Some products have a manufacturers warranty. If your product breaks down within a products warranty period please contact us to confirm the best course of action to obtain a repair or replacement. In some instances, Adult Bliss may be able to source this for you, or it may be more beneficial for you to deal with the manufacturer directly. Always retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase.

Fair Wear & Tear or Misuse

All returns will be considered with the following in mind:

  • type of product

  • how a consumer is likely to use the product

  • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used

  • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable

Where a product is found to have been subject to fair wear and tear, or where a product has been found to be misused knowingly or not, compensation will not be granted.

Online Sales Returns and Long Distance Customers

Products purchased online that meet the criteria for repair, replacement or refund are to be returned to Adult Bliss at the customer's expense. Where genuine major faults have identified the cost of returning the product by post will be reimbursed to the customer if a receipt for postage is provided. Adult Bliss shall post repaired or replaced items at no cost to the customer.

Customers who purchased in store but who are inhibited from returning due to distance or other circumstances may also follow the online returns postage guidelines.


Shipping

We will endeavor to ship your online order within 24 hours of you placing it. if there is something wrong with the order or if we are out of stock you will be contacted. General shipping time is 2 - 4 days for South Australian orders, at best next day delivery is sometimes possible. If you have any questions please check your tracking number or contact us.

We Do not Ship oversees stage, within Australia only. Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes but deliver may take an extra day or so to PO boxes.

Adult Product Recycling Program

We will accept any vibrating and/or rechargeable toys. Any other adult products made from the following materials will also be accepted:

Silicone (100%), TPR Silicone, TPE, TPR, Steel Pyrex Glass, Wood, Stainless, Any Genuine Metal Product.

The following materials that do not vibrate or are not rechargeable will not be accepted because they are generally not recyclable. Feel free to bring them in but you will not receive a discount:

ABS Plastic, Cyberskin (or any other fake skin-like materials that don’t have vibrating or battery components), Elastomer, Ceramic, Jelly Rubber, PVC, Rubber.

This list is not extensive so please feel free to call or email us if your product material type is not listed or if you are unsure of the product material type or have any further questions.

You will receive one 10% discount per transaction and the discount is not compatible or stackable with any other offers. We. There are no rain checks on this offer, you must make a purchase when returning your recyclable adult product.

The adult product you are returning must be properly cleaned (boiled if possible eg; Glass and Metal) and sealed in a Ziplock bag. We do reserve the right to reject products that have not been properly cleaned or are not sealed correctly, this is for the health and hygiene of our staff and the employees of the recycling depot we return your adult product too. We also reserve the right to reject products that we feel may not match the criteria, or where fraudulent or suspicious behavior is suspected.
