Adult Bliss ships within Australia only. Your address must be valid within the Australia Post network. 

All online purchases are sent via Australia Post in DISCREET Environmentally friendly HERO package Satchels (These satchels to be exact) or plain cardboard boxes where appropriate. Items are wrapped in red tissue paper for further privacy when opening and also wrapped in upcycled bubble wrap or waffle paper for protection. The sender is listed as Simonique Enterprise rather than Adult Bliss, with our address listed as our building number but not our shop number, as there are a few other businesses in our complex, this helps maintain privacy for our customers.

 

Free Shipping Eligibility

At Adult Bliss Erotica, we are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders over $150! However, please take note of the following terms and conditions to ensure you have the best shopping experience:

 

Eligibility: Free shipping applies to orders with a subtotal of $150 or more, excluding taxes and any applicable discounts.
Exclusions: Free shipping does not apply to Same Day Delivery, Priority Lodgment or Express Delivery services, Free shipping will always be standard Australia Post.


Orders that qualify for free shipping must not be part of any discounted purchases or promotions unless otherwise specified.

Lodgement Speed

We will endeavour to pack and arrange shipping of your online order within 24 hours of placement. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. If there is something wrong with the order or if we are out of stock you will be advised via the email you provide us on your order and a refund will automatically be applied to that item/s unless we require your confirmation or any further information from you. Once your order has been lodged with Aus Post you will be provided a tracking number via email.

Average shipping time is 2 – 4 days for Standard post, and 1 – 3 days Express post for South Australian orders, we make no guarantees regarding shipping times once the order has left our hands and refer you to Australia Post as the liable carrier. Lost Parcels

All parcels sent by Adult Bliss are shipped via Australia Post, if your parcel is lost or AusPost fails to deliver it to you in a reasonable time frame, please take the following actions:

 

○Issue a support ticket with Australia Post
○Email us directly with the reference number from your support ticket

 

There are two usual outcomes for lost parcels, If Australia Post verifies to us that your parcel was lost in transit we may;


○Reissue the items ordered in a new parcel, or, you are welcome to come into the store to pick up a replacement of your purchase directly.
○OR We refund you the total cost of the product and the shipping.

 

We do ask that you give us and Australia Post sufficient time to investigate the lost parcel before refunds/resend are issued. Lastly, as all of our parcels are tracked, if your parcel is recorded as Delivered to your address (meaning your parcel was delivered to your address but you have not received it due to potential theft or negligent delivery) then this is a matter you will have to take up with Australia Post directly, our responsibility ends with the parcel being delivered.


We Do not Ship overseas at this stage, we ship within Australia only. 

Yes, we do ship to PO Boxes, delivery may take longer as per Aus Posts delivery terms. Please ensure you have entered your address correctly at checkout, Adult Bliss is not liable for undelivered parcels where the address has been entered incorrectly by the customer. 

 

In the event that we suspect your address to be incorrect or invalid, we will make an effort to reach out to you. Should we not receive a response within 24 hours, your parcel will be shipped to the address provided. Adult Bliss holds no responsibility for inaccuracies or errors in the address or contact details provided by you. Additional fees and charges may be incurred for parcel redirection or resending due to customer input error. We strongly advise you to thoroughly review all information provided prior to finalizing your purchase.

CLICK AND COLLECT 

Adult Bliss has made available Click and Collect as an option for online purchases for items available in store at their Glen Osmond location. Click and collect orders placed during our opening hours are usually available for collection within 1 – 2 hours, this time frame may be shorter or longer due to staffing or busy periods in store. Orders placed outside of our operating hours will be processed once we re-open, within 1-2 hours also. You will be notified via SMS and Email once your order is ready for collection, please read the instructions carefully. 

 

Your original and valid Photo ID (Australian Driver’s License or Proof Of Age Card) must be presented in store to be verified by us before your order will be released to you. If your ID doesn’t exactly match the name and address on the payment method used, or if you fail to bring in your physical ID or SA Gov App ID, we cannot complete the order, this is for your protection and ours and is not negotiable. You will be required to sign for your order upon collection.

 

To ensure the security and privacy of your purchase, only the individual whose name appears on the order confirmation may collect the order. We do not permit third-party couriers, including Uber or any other delivery services not directly offered by Adult Bliss Erotica, to pick up orders on your behalf. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refuse to release the parcel to anyone other than the verified purchaser. Please bring valid photo identification when collecting your order.

 

If you plan to have someone else pick up your parcel you will need to contact Adult Bliss BEFORE placing your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order and refuse to release the parcel to anyone other than the verified purchaser.

 

Our opening hours are 10am till Midnight, Mon-Sun. We request that your order be picked up no later than 11:50pm or that you make contact to confirm an alternative pick up time/day. If your order is not collected within 48 hours you will receive a reminder via text and email. Orders not collected after 5 days will be cancelled and refunded, up to a 20% administration fee may be applied, please reach out to us to make other arrangements if you cannot pick up within the 5 day limit.

SAME DAY DELIVERY

Adult Bliss offers limited same day delivery through our delivery partner Zoom2U. Zoom2U will collect orders from Adult Bliss during opening hours and within Zoom2U’s overlapping operating hours which are subject to change. This delivery method will not be shown at checkout if not available, however orders placed close to delivery deadlines may still show as available but will be delivered next day, we recommend selecting next day delivery in this instance. Please note, Adult Bliss opens at 10am so earlier delivery times may not be possible.

○Zoom2u takes full responsibility for parcel condition and delivery times, Adult bliss accepts no liability for the use of this delivery method. 
○You are using this service under Zoom2U’s terms and conditions. By agreeing to our terms and conditions you are also agreeing to Zoom2U’s terms and conditions. 
○Adult Bliss does not personally guarantee Zoom2U’s efficiency regarding delivery time and does not offer refunds or compensation for delays. 

RETURN POLICY (Repairs, refunds & exchanges)

ACCC

At Adult Bliss we adhere to the ACCC consumer guarantee. This means that where applicable you will be entitled to a repair or replacement for most reasonable returns up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds will only apply to major problems as outlined below, or where a repair or replacement is not possible.

Receipt

Consumer guarantees do not apply if you do not have your original sales receipt or valid proof of purchase, they also do not apply if you got what you asked for but simply changed your mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.


Hygiene 

Some goods, such as lingerie, cannot be returned. Due to the intimate nature of our products, for hygiene purposes, products that are sold in unsealed packaging cannot be returned without that packaging in its original or near original state at staff discretion. Sealed products once opened are not returnable unless a genuine fault has been identified.


Issues Prior to Sale

Minor problems identified prior to sale will be marked on your receipt and will not illicit a refund or exchange unless the fault is found to be more serious than originally identified. Damage sustained to the product after the sale will also not be compensated.


If after-sale a product is found to have a minor fault we will offer to repair or provide a replacement where it is reasonable to do so and where the product has not yet been used.

If after-sale and within the outlined “warranty period” a product is found to have a major fault that cannot be repaired, we offer replacement or refund regardless of whether the product has been used or not. Replaced products will be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds will be provided in the same form as your original payment. Some faults may require diagnosis by our team that require the item to be held in store to replicate the issue, we will not issue a replacement or refund for faults that cannot be confirmed by our team. 


Minor Problems

Minor problems include but are not limited to: Cosmetic flaws that do not affect the usability of the product such as minor discrepancies in size, shape, or colour because of manufacturing practices, damage to packaging from transport or customer handling instore, or parts of a product are missing due to packaging errors, damage, or theft.


Major Faults

Major faults include but are not limited to: A product being unfit for its intended purpose, damage or break down of the product through manufacturing flaws, or a product is significantly different from the sample or description.


Warranties

Some products have a manufacturer’s warranty. If your product breaks down within a product’s warranty period, or the period indicated by Adult Bliss, please contact us to confirm the best course of action to obtain a repair or replacement. In most instances, Adult Bliss may be able to source this for you, on rare occasions it may be more beneficial for you to deal with the manufacturer directly. Always retain your original sales receipt as proof of purchase, without a valid proof of purchase we cannot validate that a product has been found faulty within its warranty period and we are not obligated to provide a replacement or refund in this instance. 

In general, Adult Bliss offers a 30 Day Warranty for genuine faults on Static (Non-Vibrating) Toys, Battery Replacement Vibrating toys and Lingerie, and a 12 Month Warranty for genuine faults on Rechargeable Vibrating Toys.

ALL WARRANTIES ARE SUBJECT TO SUPPLIER AND MANUFACTURERS DISCRETION,

If your warranty claim is not accepted by the supplier and or manufacturer or more information is required Adult Bliss is not under any obligation to issue replacement or refund, your claim must be valid and subject to ACCC guidelines.

As a small business, we cannot take the financial responsibility of replacing products that are not deemed to come under our warranty guideline or those guidelines set by our suppliers, the manufacturers, or the ACCC.


All returns will be considered with the following in mind:
○type of product
○how a consumer is likely to use the product
○the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used
○the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable
Where a product is found to have been subject to fair wear and tear, or where a product has been found to be misused, knowingly or not, compensation will not be granted.

 

Online Sales & Returns

Products purchased online that meet the criteria for repair, replacement or refund are to be returned to Adult Bliss at the customer’s expense. Where genuine major faults have been identified the cost of returning the product by post will be reimbursed to the customer if a receipt for postage is provided to us either with the return or scanned and emailed to our [email protected] email. Adult Bliss shall post repaired or replaced items at no cost to the customer.

Customers who purchased in-store but who are inhibited from returning due to distance or other circumstances may also follow the online returns postage guidelines.


Buy Now Pay Later Sales

Sales processed using AfterPay, Zippay  or PayPal’s  “Buy now pay later” options are subject to those payment method’s T&C’s, regarding faults, returns, exchanges and warranties. As at July 30th 2023 these payment providers recommend contacting your original store of purchase to seek an exchange, repair or refund.

 

PRICING AND CURRENCY

All prices listed on www.adultblisserotica.com.au are in AUD (Australian dollar), they are tax inclusive (where applicable) and are subject to change based on fluctuating supply prices. We do our best to keep prices low and fair. The price of a product at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged, plus any additional fees such as postage. Adult Bliss does not price match other online retailers, either their full or promotional pricing. Adult Bliss’s brick and mortar store may (at management discretion) price match other physical locations pricing in Adelaide, South Australia however such pricing must be verifiable as current and genuine. Adult Bliss will not under any circumstances price match after a purchase has been finalised, and we will not honour sale pricing that has ended.

ABS Plastic, Cyberskin (or any other fake skin-like materials that don’t have vibrating or battery components), Elastomer, Ceramic, Jelly Rubber, PVC, Rubber.

The Fine Print:

To participate in this program, you are required to have an Adult Bliss Loyalty Program account. Upon returning a valid product for donation and making a purchase, the points balance linked to the "Acting Sustainably" clause of our loyalty program will be added to your account, in addition to any other accrued points from the purchase.

Condition of returned products:

The adult product you are returning must be properly cleaned (boiled if possible eg; Glass and Metal) and sealed in a Ziplock bag. We do reserve the right to reject products that have not been properly cleaned or are not sealed correctly, this is for the health and hygiene of our staff and the employees of the recycling depot we return your adult product too. We also reserve the right to reject products that we feel may not match the criteria, or where fraudulent or suspicious behaviour is suspected.
